I've ridden Route 66 on a motorbike, and built 600-guest galas from a blank page. Turns out that's exactly what your retreat needs.
I'm Andrea. I handle every detail behind the scenes of your retreat — timelines, venues, vendors, the 11pm panic — so you can stay fully present with the clients you're there to connect with. Because connection is your real retention.
Not your typical planner in a blazer with a clipboard.
Though I've done that too — Bachelor of Business and Event Management, 10+ years in the industry, the whole deal.
What actually shaped how I run retreats: 4-day motorbike rides across the outback. 600-guest galas where everything had to go right. Long lunches, music festivals, weddings expos, corporate conferences — I've planned all of it, and ridden through a fair bit of it too.
I train CrossFit because I like being strong. I ride because I like the open road and the people on it. I've been through real loss and kept showing up anyway — because that's what you do.
That's the person planning your retreat. Not just someone good with spreadsheets and vendors (though I am) — someone who knows how to hold a room, hold a group, and hold it together when things go sideways. Because on a retreat, they always do a little.
Let's Work TogetherThe Brand, In Person
Every detail gets the same care — down to the rose gold on launch day.
Real, Unfiltered
What you see is what you get — on camera and on-site running your retreat.
Running The Room
Whiteboards, timelines, and a room full of coaches building their next chapter.
Held Space
Morning practice before the work begins — because presence starts with the small moments too.

Because connection is your real retention.
A client who feels seen at a retreat is a client who stays. Every timeline, every seating chart, every small detail I manage exists to protect that feeling — because that's what actually keeps people coming back.
Three things happen when connection is the priority.
Connection That Turns Into Retention
A retreat done right builds the kind of loyalty a Zoom call never will. Your clients remember the room, the moment, the feeling of being truly seen — and that's what brings them back for the next round, and the one after that.
Get Your Life Back
Planning a retreat eats 200+ hours — timelines, travel, venues, vendors, the "wait, did we book the caterer" panic at 11pm. I've done this enough times that I handle it all, so you're not the one drowning in spreadsheets.
Show Up Fully, Not Frazzled
I've watched people burn out running their own event on top of everything else. I take the operational weight off completely, so you walk in energised and actually present — because your presence is what makes the connection possible.
Galas, rides, launches, weddings, retreats — a real mix of events, all built the same way. Here's what people say.
"This retreat would have never left the group chat if it weren't for you."
"Extremely well organised from registration to the last goodbye. One of the best rides I've been on."
"Andrea saw my vision from the get-go and turned a loose concept into a night worth remembering."
"Andi walks her talk — transparent, vulnerable, and confident in everything she delivers."
"Thanks to Andrea, my florist shop's opening was a resounding success."

Tell me about your vision and your people. I'll take it from there — venues, timelines, vendors, the 2am worries — so all you have to do is show up and connect.
