How It Works
1. 30-min FREE consult to discuss your Retreat vision and event overview.
2. Within 48 hours you will receive your full service or customised proposal where you will accept or decline.
3. Review the contract, sign off and settle a 20% deposit.
4. First events meeting 1-2 hours to discuss the event basics, budget and your own onedrive folder.
5. From here you will receive fortnightly emails about the progress of your event.
6. Continuous WhatsApp support for any ongoing communication and direct contact to your Event Manager.
7. 1-month out of Event meeting.
8. 1-week out of Event meeting.
9. POST EVENT | conduct a thorough evaluation to assess its success and gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders.
Analyse the outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights and recommendations for future events. Maintain open communication with you throughout the process, ensuring transparency and alignment with their objectives.

Full Event Management
Logistics Management: AX Events will oversee all logistical aspects of the event, including venue selection, scheduling, room setup, and coordination with vendors.
Attendee Management: AX Events will manage attendee communication, tracking RSVPs, managing name tags, and handling any changes in attendance numbers.
Financial Management: AX Events will adhere to your events budget (once discussed in initial events meeting) and liaise with you on all costs; AX Events will coordinate the payment process, including handling invoices, managing deposits, and ensuring financial transparency.
Dining/Activity Arrangements: AX Events will facilitate and manage restaurant reservations for group dinners/compulsory group activities and ensure that all attendees are accommodated comfortably.
Merchandise Coordination: If merchandise is part of the event, AX Events will coordinate the production and distribution of items such as hats or other branded merchandise.
Communication and Timeline Planning: AX Events will establish clear communication channels, create a timeline for key milestones, and ensure timely execution of tasks leading up to the event.
Attendance Confirmation Process: AX Events will implement a process to confirm attendee commitment closer to the event date, possibly through a form requiring flight and accommodation details to ensure accurate headcounts.
Facebook Group Management: AX Events will assist in managing the event's Facebook group, including posting updates, managing event-related discussions, and providing administrative support.
Timeline Development: AX Events will collaborate with the client to create a detailed timeline outlining deadlines for various tasks leading up to the event, ensuring smooth planning and execution.
Flexibility and Adaptability: AX Events will maintain flexibility to accommodate changes or unforeseen circumstances while ensuring the overall success of the retreat.Full Serviced Retreats starting from $3,999* per Retreat day
